The easiest way to travel small distances in and between Turkish cities is the “Dolmuş”, a share taxi in the form of small buses. It’s cheap, reasonably fast and always an adventure!

First and foremost the Dolmuş is the means of transportation for many locals – therefore you are right in the middle of their everyday life and not just in a touristy bubble.
